Return and Refund Policy

Domestic

All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
 
The return policy is valid only in case of damage-in-transit or delivery of incorrect product.
 
The customer has to intimate us at customercare@sicajewellery.com about the damaged/incorrect product(s) along with a picture of the product within two days of delivery. Sica Jewellery will not be liable for any return after the lapse of this period.
 
The credit note will not be initiated, if the duly sealed refund package does not include the original packaging, invoice and certificates or any additional material sent with the shipment.
 
Any jewellery not in its original condition will not be considered eligible for return.
 
On successful processing of return, the amount can be used in next purchases. 
 
Sica Jewellery may, at its sole discretion, reserves all the rights to refuse return of any particular order at any point of time.

Refunds, wherever applicable will be initiated after the returned product has been received by our office. Typically takes 15-20 days after the return request has been raised by the customer.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Sica Jewellery website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

 

International Orders 

All International orders are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

You must be located in India as this facility is not available to patrons located outside India.

The customer has to intimate us at customercare@sicajewellery.com within two days of delivery in case of exchange. 
  
If you need to exchange any piece for the same item, exchange is subject to availability in stock. In case, the same product is not available, you can opt for a replacement with some other product.

 
Alternatively, you can get the amount credit note for future purchases.
 
Sica Jewellery may, at its sole discretion, reserves all the rights to refuse exchange of any particular order at any point of time.
 
Exchange is not applicable for Customised Products and products under sale.
